By accessing or using Content Architect ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Content Architect is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create professional LinkedIn carousel posts. The Service includes AI-generated content suggestions, image generation, and publishing tools. Features and functionality may change over time as we improve the Service.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to generate AI content and images. Credit packs are available for purchase, and credits do not expire once purchased.

4.2 BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

Users may optionally provide their own API keys for AI services. When using BYOK, you are responsible for any costs incurred with the third-party API provider.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on credit pack purchases. To request a refund, contact support@contentarchitect.app. Refunds are not available for credits that have already been used.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Use automated means to access the Service without our express permission

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Generated Content

Content generated by the AI (text and images) based on your inputs is owned by you. You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

6.3 Our Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Content Architect and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (Gemini AI), Stripe (payments), and LinkedIn (publishing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR INACCURACIES, AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND EDITING CONTENT BEFORE USE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTENT ARCHITECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
